Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Star Auto Repair, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Star Auto Repair, LLC provides automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Engine diagnostics and repair
• Brake system service and repair
• Transmission service
• Electrical system diagnostics
• Preventive maintenance and oil changes
• Air conditioning service
• Fleet maintenance services

Estimates and Authorization

Before performing any repair work, we will provide you with a written estimate of the expected costs. By signing the estimate or providing verbal authorization, you agree to the proposed work and associated costs. If additional repairs are discovered during the service process, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

• Cash
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Checks (with valid identification)
• Fleet account billing (for approved commercial accounts)

Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full. A mechanic's lien may be placed on vehicles with outstanding balances in accordance with Florida law.

Warranty Information

Star Auto Repair, LLC stands behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

• Labor Warranty: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Parts Warranty: Varies by manufacturer; we will provide specific warranty information for parts installed
• Diagnostic Services: If our diagnosis proves incorrect, we will re-diagnose at no additional charge

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others after our service.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of notification that repairs are complete. Storage fees of $25 per day may apply after this period. We are not responsible for vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days without prior arrangement.

Limitation of Liability

Star Auto Repair, LLC is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service or discovered during repair
• Delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control
• Consequential or incidental damages arising from vehicle repairs

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition
• Disclose any known issues or previous repairs relevant to the current service
• Maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance
• Respond promptly to communications regarding your vehicle
• Pick up your vehicle in a timely manner after service completion

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in Marion County, Florida.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
